Stepping into Saltimboca, you will be surprised to discover that it was originally a music bar. Tippi Cuaycong-Jalandoni, the inn manager, said that Saltimboca was formerly a music bar until her mother took the initiative of opening three rooms for rent in 2000.
Things started to skyrocket from there and so they eventually made the necessary teaks to the business. Incidentally, Saltimboca was a name they got from a Brazilian beverage which was given by a friend of Tippi’s mother for their music bar. As destiny would have it though, Saltimboca is a word that translates to “abode” in the Amazon language.
A Mix of European and Filipino Influences
Judging from its brilliant architecture and the furniture used, Saltimboca seems to be an impressive blend of Spanish, Portuguese, and traditional Filipino elements. As a matter of fact, it feels like your grandparents’ bungalow home in the province. It is truly relaxing and decidedly old-school in approach. Besides, they’ve got a lush garden with plenty of plants and trees. You’ll forget you are in the middle of a bustling city.
Other Amenities
Want to hang out and enjoy good food and some drinks? You can visit their music bar and KTV room. If you want a more wholesome dining experience, you can check out the restaurant or the coffee shop.
Holding important gatherings or special occasions is also possible because they have several function rooms.
The swimming pool is likewise a nice addition, allowing you to enjoy a leisurely swim anytime you want. A Jacuzzi is also available if you are interested.

Standard Rates
Upon your arrival, you will have to pay P200 for the key deposit. This will be returned after you check out
As for the other rates, P1,500 gets you a 1-night stay at the standard room with twin single beds. Rooms may vary from P500 to P2,300 so feel free to inquire if you want to find out what best suits your budget and needs. They have Presidential and Family Rooms, Garden Executive, Deluxe, and Single rooms. They have more than 50 rooms so do not hesitate to ask.
If you have an extra individual with your group, you only have to pay P150 per night. Don’t worry about the children though since kids 12 years old and below are free from any charges. Requesting an extra mattress, however, would require you P250.
